The client, facing challenges such as increased purchasing volume and complexity, the need for integrated purchasing across various businesses, restructuring of roles and responsibilities between business units and procurement, organizational improvements, and system upgrades, sought to identify optimal solutions through benchmarking against leading domestic companies.

Leveraging its expertise in procurement, advanced benchmarking experience, and extensive network, Looxent successfully completed the two-month project with the following scope of work:
