The Change Agent Training (CAT) program is a focused initiative designed to develop a select group of innovation specialists through intensive training, practical exercises, and real-world problem-solving. For its first cohort, the client identified 12 high-potential talents and engaged them in a 10-week CAT program led by Looxent.
The program was structured around four core modules: an 8-step systematic problem-solving methodology, leadership development, communication skills, and project management. The problem-solving component was particularly impactful, as participants addressed real business challenges under the guidance of Looxent’s instructors and consultants, implementing practical solutions directly tied to their work.
Most organizations aspire to build a workforce of high-performing individuals who excel at identifying and resolving issues, possess a continuous improvement mindset, demonstrate leadership, write impactful reports, and communicate effectively within the organization.
Looxent’s CAT program fulfills these aspirations by fostering such capabilities through multiple rounds of selective, intensive training sessions, ultimately building a robust cadre of innovation specialists. The client’s senior leadership expressed their satisfaction with the enhanced skills and transformed mindsets exhibited by the participants. Building on the success of the first cohort, the company has launched a second round of the CAT program.
