By closely examining the return on investment from various advertising and promotional channels, we identified low-efficiency segments for reduction and recommended reinvesting in more effective channels. Additionally, by restructuring after-sales service (A/S) operations and realigning the store network, we proposed measures to reduce unit costs, maintain service quality, and maximize productivity.

Assessing the profitability of individual retail locations led to proposals for consolidating or strategically reallocating underperforming stores. Furthermore, we advised strengthening integration between physical and digital channels, widening consumer touchpoints and fostering an omnichannel customer experience.
