To conduct commercial and operational due diligence to ensure informed decision-making.
To formulate and execute Post-Merger Integration (PMI) strategies to enhance value.
To design operational strategies, including capacity optimization, operational efficiency, and portfolio management.
To drive operation improvement and optimization, focusing on operational efficiency, process enhancements, governance frameworks, and cost savings initiatives.
To analyze business feasibility for start-up investments and SME M&A, including valuation assessments and review of key transaction agreements.

Strong analytical skills (Excel, statistical tools, etc.), effective report writing, communication abilities, logical thinking, and a team-oriented mindset.
Experience in large corporations or multinational companies (business planning, management, engineering, procurement, SCM, etc.) with 2-6 years of experience.
Prior experience in consulting firms (strategy, operations, HR, etc.) is preferred.
Experience in investment, M&A advisory, or related areas is advantageous. Candidates with overseas experience, such as an MBA or a Master’s/PhD, are given preference.
