Position & Responsibilities

This position is responsible for cost reduction, production technology/process improvement, and value chain optimization across procurement through quality, with the goal of direct EBITDA improvement.

• Due Diligence : Operational DD (Assess each functional competitiveness across sales, procurement/logistics, production, and quality)
• PMI Strategy & Value-Up Execution
• Operational Improvement & Optimization
  • Sales & Operations Planning : Design and implement demand forecasting and inventory optimization
  • Purchasing & Supply Management (PSM) : Develop sourcing strategies for each item; Optimize RFP/vendor selection
  • Production Capacity Optimization : Diagnose OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), material loss, and design improvement measures
  • Process Improvement : Identify issues across each function; design and specify implementation enhancements
  • Deriving and specifying cost reduction initiatives : Analyze direct/indirect costs and design actionable savings strategies

Level & Compensation

• Practical Consultant : Level 2-Level 4 out of 5 levels
  • Final level will be determined based on experience and interview results
• Compensation : Negotiable

Qualifications

• Experience : 2+ years of professional experience (corporate, industry-side background strongly preferred)
  • Experience in large enterprises, mid-cap companies, or multinationals is valued
  • Preference for those with Cross-functional exposure and collaboration (sales, marketing, product, SCM, etc.)
• Education : No restriction on degree or major
• Ideal Candidate
