Position Overview

We are currently seeking a talented Consultant to lead IT system diagnostics and ERP separation/implementation consulting projects.

This position involves analyzing system integration risks, major solution licensing, security, and cybersecurity, and infrastructure level through Tech Due Diligence in carve-out situations where a Private Equity Fund (PEF) acquires a business from a large corporation. The consultant will also design and implement Service Separation & Standalone IT systems to ensure business continuity and cost efficiency.

From the acquisition, you will drive the system with the goal of analysis/separation strategies, establish core systems such as ERP, and ensure operational continuity and cost optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Tech Due Diligence on target companies in M&A
  • Analyze the structure of core systems such as ERP, MES, and groupware
  • Assess license compliance, operational risks, and cloud migration potential, etc.
  • Propose TSA (Transition Service Agreement) period responses and exit plans
• Establish the To-Be IT architecture and derive separation strategies
• ERP solution selection (SAP, etc.) and manage RFP issuance/evaluation
• Serve as PMO for system implementation (scope/schedule/quality/cost management)
• Collaboration with SAP Korea and implementation partners
• Support communication and change management with the client's IT and business functions
• Design frameworks to minimize IT risks and ensure operational continuity pre-/post-acquisition

Qualifications

• Experience: 3+ years of IT-related work experience
• Education: Bachelor's degree or higher (any major)
• Experience requirements:
  • IT operations experience in mid/large corporates (domestic or multinational)
  • Operations and integrations of various systems, such as ERP (SAP strongly preferred), MES, and groupware
  • User’s requirements gathering and solution design
  • External IT Vendor management, SLA-based operations, and cost management
  • Project-based work experience and cross-functional collaboration
  • Project-based work such as System integration, separation, and transition
