Position & Responsibilities

This position leads the entire process of corporate growth, from M&A through new business development and value creation, delivering tangible business impact—not theoretical concepts.

• Due Diligence: Commercial DD (Market Outlook, Target Company Competitiveness Analysis)
• PMI Strategy & Execution
  • Growth strategy development : Development of business strategies and execution roadmaps to maximize merger synergies
  • Identify Value-up Initiative : Development of value enhancement measures, such as sales growth and cost reduction
• Go-to-Market Expansion & New Business
  • Diversify sales/distribution channels, develop new customer segments, and define product/brand strategies
  • Source bolt-on opportunities; design market entry strategies and business models
• Organization & Rewards : Design operating models and performance/compensation frameworks

Level & Compensation

• Practical Consultant : Level 2-Level 4 out of 5 levels
  • Final level will be determined based on experience and interview results
• Compensation : Negotiable

Qualifications

• Experience : 2+ years of professional experience (corporate, industry-side background strongly preferred)
  • Experience in large enterprises, mid-cap companies, or multinationals is valued
  • Preference for those with Cross-functional exposure and collaboration (sales, marketing, product, SCM, etc.)
• Education : No restriction on degree or major
• Ideal Candidate
